Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in developing new customers, nurturing client relationships and driving business growth. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer onboarding, etc, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize mutual value.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues resolution.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions for clients and the company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred a plus
