POSITION OVERVIEW
Troubadour Technology is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing client relationships in the New England region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales, understands complex IT infrastructure, and values building long-term partnerships grounded in trust and technical excellence.
As an integral part of our sales force, you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, designing client solutions in partnership with our engineers, and ensuring that each engagement delivers measurable value.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise and public sector accounts across the New England territory.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities aligned with Troubadour’s core services: secure infrastructure, cloud strategy, and managed IT solutions.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor and partner.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor proposals and execute account plans.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues resolution.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or account management preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through both new customer acquisition and account expansion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter mentality
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on designing win-win solutions for clients and the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related is a plus
