Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

Troubadour Technology is hiring a highly organized and execution-oriented Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical detail and big-picture planning, ensuring that every engagement stays on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

You’ll coordinate across engineering, sales, and client teams to drive clarity, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving from kickoff through completion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, networking, and security projects
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews
• Coordinate and schedule technical resources with the Engineering Department
• Track Project completion and provide monthly reporting to Financial Controller
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and scope creep
• Track and communicate milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure transparency and accountability
• Support continuous improvement by refining project delivery processes and tools

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT services or infrastructure
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with networking, cloud, and cybersecurity concepts (technical background not required, but helpful)
• Experience with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus
