Network Engineer (Massachusetts-Based)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our Services team, reporting to the Vice President of Services. In this role, you will lead and support deployments of enterprise networking solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of project work, hands-on engineering, and client interaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deploy and support enterprise network infrastructure across routing, switching, wireless, and security platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues across customer environments
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical incidents
• Provide Day-2 operational support, including proactive maintenance and issue response
• Maintain accurate documentation, ticket updates, and network inventories
• Perform site assessments and support both remote and on-site implementations
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, project managers, and client stakeholders
• Communicate status updates, escalate risks, and ensure alignment with customer priorities
• Stay current with emerging technologies, vendor best practices, and industry trends

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience with enterprise networking (routing, switching, wireless, firewalls)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work directly with customers and communicate clearly
• Experience supporting multi-site environments
• Comfortable balancing project work and operational support
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Massachusetts as needed
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• All candidates are required to pass a CORI & CHRI check as a condition of employment
