Contracts Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

Troubadour Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to create and implement processes for verifying customer Install Base Reports, quoting contracts, documenting and filing contracts, and working with sales to ensure timely renewals of contracts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment and is passionate about ensuring accuracy and efficiency in contract management.

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in both process development and collaboration, bringing deep knowledge, clear communication, and a solutions-first mindset to every engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and implement processes to verify customer inventories via Install Base Reports
• Create accurate and timely contract quotes 90+ days prior to due date
• Document and file contracts systematically
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely renewals of contracts
• Provide high-level support for complex contract-related issues
• Develop documentation including process diagrams, configurations, and hand-off materials
• Understand the Sales Operations process for order processing

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in contract management
• Deep expertise in contract verification, quoting, documentation, and filing
• Proven experience with major contract management systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Experience designing and supporting high-availability contract management processes
• Professional-level certifications in contract management are strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing presence
