Account Executive

POSITION OVERVIEW

Troubadour Technology is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to support and expand client partnerships across our key markets. This role is ideal for someone who excels at cultivating trust, managing ongoing accounts, and uncovering new opportunities within existing relationships.

You’ll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction, surface new needs, and help clients fully leverage Troubadour’s capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage a portfolio of large accounts
• Build trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify new growth opportunities within current accounts
• Coordinate closely with engineering, support, and leadership to deliver successful outcomes
• Develop account plans and quarterly reviews that align IT performance with business goals
• Advocate for the client internally, ensuring needs are met with clarity and urgency
• Focus on new customer acquisition to build out your client base

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or technical sales
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments (networks, cloud, security infrastructure)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in leading meetings, addressing concerns, and offering consultative guidance
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
