POSITION OVERVIEW

Troubadour Technology is seeking a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our clients experience exceptional outcomes throughout the lifecycle of their partnership with us. This role is perfect for someone who understands the value of long-term relationships, takes pride in driving measurable results, and excels at bridging the gap between technical delivery and business impact.

As the CSM, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and internal advocate—ensuring clients are heard, supported, and continuously receiving value from our solutions and services.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of key clients
  • Drive onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and satisfaction check-ins
  • Identify opportunities to expand the client relationship and bring in subject matter experts when needed
  • Manage customer escalations with Troubadour resources and Manufacturer support resources
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, support, and sales to resolve issues and anticipate future needs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, challenges, and evolving priorities
  • Monitor engagement health, usage metrics, and service delivery performance
  • Help design and improve customer success processes and touchpoints

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services in a technology environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools
  • A service mindset and strong problem-solving instincts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
